Job Summary – The dispatcher or router communicates back and forth with Southwest Waste Drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential, commercial and roll-off lines of business. Interacts with Customers, Sales, Operational Staff, SW Customer Service Agents, Mechanics. Uses Software to manage same ticket routing as well as preparing routes for the next day.

Responsible for preparing, loading, and transporting large mobile open top and compactor dumpsters to disposal sites, transfer or recycle facilities and customer locations.  Highly skilled maneuvers are essential, to successfully perform this job.
